Welcome to Pure Reptiles.
We are private keepers and breeders located in Central Queensland, and Perth - Western Australia.
Although relatively new to the reptile hobby (going on three years now), we have an ardent passion for our animals and a keen desire to learn more, always having an ear open to advice from more experienced individuals.
We have high hopes for the future in regards to our collection and breeding efforts, with plans already being made to obtain top quality animals from some of Australia's leading breeders - including various species of pythons, geckos, dragons, skinks and turtles. When the time is right we also plan to move into keeping monitors, colubrids and a small variety of elapids.
In future years we expect to have a larger variety of breeding animals, so any excess young we cannot hold on to will be advertised and available here.

NOTICE - STOLEN SNAKES:
It has recently come to our knowledge of a terrible and gutless act of snake theft. We would like to display this information, although only a small site there is always hope someone who knows something will see this and step forward. From the victim himself:
Between the hours of 5pm and 11am Thursday 19/11/09 and Friday 20/11/09 37 snakes were stolen from my house in Nerang on the Gold Coast.
6 x WA Black Headed Pythons
1 x Bumblebee Blackheaded Python
3 x WA Woma Pythons
11 x WA Large Blotched Pythons
6 x Blonde Spotted Pythons
3 x Childrens Pythons ( 1 x t+ Caramel, 2 x Hets)
3 x Jungle Carpet Pythons
3 x Pilbara Death Adders (Black Head)
1 x Desert Death Adders
These animals were very valuable to me as well as many others, quite a few of these animals are currently gravid and ready to lay. A large reward has been put up for the safe return and the name of the offender responsible.
